Billing
Subscription Management and Payment History
The Billing page provides a comprehensive overview of your TempusMail subscription and financial transactions.
Current Subscription
The top section displays your active plan details:
- Plan Type: Basic, Professional, or Enterprise.
- User Count: Number of licensed seats.
- Amount: Recurring cost per period (Monthly/Yearly).
- Status: Active or Inactive.
- Payment Dates: Start date, End date, and Next Payment date.
- Payment Method: The card or service (e.g., Stripe, Zoho) used for billing.
Managing Subscription
Click the Manage Subscription button to be redirected to the secure portal where you can:
- Upgrade or Downgrade your plan.
- Update payment methods.
- Download official invoices.
Transaction History
A list of all past transactions is available, showing:
- Transaction ID
- Amount & Currency
- Status (Completed, Pending, Failed)
- Date processed
