Subscription Management and Payment History

The Billing page provides a comprehensive overview of your TempusMail subscription and financial transactions.

Current Subscription

The top section displays your active plan details:

  • Plan Type: Basic, Professional, or Enterprise.
  • User Count: Number of licensed seats.
  • Amount: Recurring cost per period (Monthly/Yearly).
  • Status: Active or Inactive.
  • Payment Dates: Start date, End date, and Next Payment date.
  • Payment Method: The card or service (e.g., Stripe, Zoho) used for billing.

Managing Subscription

Click the Manage Subscription button to be redirected to the secure portal where you can:

  • Upgrade or Downgrade your plan.
  • Update payment methods.
  • Download official invoices.

Transaction History

A list of all past transactions is available, showing:

  • Transaction ID
  • Amount & Currency
  • Status (Completed, Pending, Failed)
  • Date processed
