Overview of the Premium Admin Panel Dashboard

The Dashboard is the central hub of your TempusMail admin panel, providing a real-time overview of your email infrastructure's health, usage statistics, and quick access to key management features.

The dashboard is designed to give you immediate insights into your organization's email activities. It aggregates data from all your domains and users to present a unified view.

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find critical metrics that update in real-time:

  • Enabled Domains: The total number of domains currently active and ready to process emails.
  • Enabled Emails: The count of active email accounts across all your enabled domains.
  • Total Emails: The aggregate number of email accounts, including those in disabled domains.
  • Total Domains: The total number of domains registered in your organization, regardless of status.

Understanding your email traffic is crucial for maintaining a healthy system.

Email Traffic Stats

The interactive area chart displays email volume trends over the last 7 days:

  • Incoming: Emails received by your users.
  • Outgoing: Emails sent by your users.
  • Spam: Detected spam messages blocked or flagged by the system.

User Summary

A quick breakdown of your organization's user base:

  • Active Users: Users with active licenses and enabled accounts.
  • Inactive Users: Users who are disabled or have expired licenses.

The "Active Domains" section lists your top 5 enabled domains for quick access. Each entry shows:

  • Domain Name: The registered domain URL.
  • Plan: The subscription plan associated with the domain.
  • Email Count: The number of email accounts configured on that domain.
  • Status: Current operational status (e.g., Enabled).

Clicking "View All" will take you to the full Domain Management page for detailed configuration.

From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to:

  • Refresh Data: Use the refresh button in the top right to fetch the latest statistics.
  • View Analytics: access detailed analytics reports.
  • Manage Domains: Jump directly to domain settings.
  • Manage Emails: Go straight to email account management.
