Team Management

Managing Team Members and Permissions

The Team Members section allows you to manage administrators and other users who have access to the TempusMail control panel.

Viewing Team Members

Navigate to Dashboard > Team Members. You will see a list of cards representing each team member, displaying:

  • Name & Email: Information about the user.
  • Status: Enabled (Active) or Disabled.
  • Role/Permissions: Badges indicating what actions they can perform.
  • Codes: User code and Customer code.

Permissions

Team members can have granular permissions assigned to them, such as:

  • manage_domains: Ability to create/edit domains.
  • manage_billing: Access to billing information and invoices.
  • view_reports: Read-only access to system reports.
  • manage_users: Ability to add or remove other team members.

Searching

Use the search or filter functionality to find specific team members in large organizations.
